We understand that sometimes life takes unexpected turns, and plans need to change. Because each retreat involves limited space and significant advance commitments, we have the following cancellation policy.

Deposits

Your deposit secures your place at the retreat and is non-refundable.

Cancellations

• Cancellations made less than 30 days before the retreat are non-refundable.

• Cancellations made more than 30 days before the event will incur a $750 fee.

Transferring Your Reservation

If you are unable to attend, you may transfer your reservation to another person with our written approval up to 30 days before the retreat, provided all outstanding balances have been paid.

Travel Insurance

We strongly recommend purchasing comprehensive travel insurance that includes trip cancellation, medical coverage, travel delays, and emergency evacuation. Travel insurance can protect your investment should illness, family emergencies, weather events, or other unforeseen circumstances prevent you from attending.

Retreat Changes

In the unlikely event that we need to postpone or cancel the retreat, you will receive the option to:

• Transfer your registration to the new retreat dates, or

• Receive a full refund of all amounts paid to us.

Please note that we cannot reimburse airfare, travel expenses, accommodation booked outside the retreat, or other personal costs. These expenses are typically covered through travel insurance.

We have created the Real Joy Retreat with tremendous care and intention. Your reservation allows us to commit to venues, accommodations, facilitators, and experiences long before we gather together.
